Nestled along the banks of Lake Guntersville and the Tennessee River, this region of Lake Guntersville in northeastern Alabama, can be accessed from the Goose Pond Campground boat launch site. This launch site is located along the campsites, but there is also a Marina located further up the road. This region offers multiple inlets, coves and islands to explore along with a golf course, camp sites and lakeside cabins for rent at Goose Pond Campground. Many other amenities and recreational activities are within the area as well.
