Located in the northeast region of R.L. Harris Reservoir, Swagg boat ramp can be accessed from County Road 329 in Randolph County. Begin and end your trip along this region of the lake at Swagg (shown here) or use White’s Bridge located across the lake on the opposite shore. Enjoy the many inlets and coves this region offers. Fishing is a popular activity at the lake, so be sure to bring your fishing gear.
