This trip begins from the Driftwood Family Campground Boat Ramp located along the shoreline of Weiss Lake. From here begin your day paddle trip by traveling towards Yellow Creek, then onto Yellow Creek Waterfalls. Once reaching the mouth of the Yellow Creek, pull up along the banks as you rest, enjoy the views of the waterfalls and have lunch before making the journey back to Driftwood Campground. If desired, you can hike up to the waterfalls. Driftwood Campground is open from March 1st through October 31st. Fees are required for boat ramp access and campsites. Plenty of amenities are available making this a great location for the whole family. Smaller paddle trips are available in the area as well.
