Carter Off-Road Park is a large open park that is surrounded by thick trees. All offroad vehicles are welcome here from Motorcycles to SUVs. No permit is required but there is an entry fee of $17 per person. Campers are welcome here as well. Visitors should expect some mud depending on weather conditions.
