De Queen Lake is a larger reservoir in southwestern Arkansas surrounded by hill country covered in dense hardwood and coniferous forest. The lake has an irregular shoreline that creates long coves with steeply rising banks. Fishing here is good, the lake is stocked regularly and fish cleaning stations are provided and campsites are available.
