This ride climbs gently out of Fayetteville to the town of Mountainburg through rolling Ozark hill country. Woodlands and farmlands line the highway on this route and views are generally pleasant. Elevation gain is mild to moderate and once out of the bustle of Fayetteville traffic is rarely heavy.
