Lake Greeson is a large reservoir on the Little Missouri River surrounded with many miles of natural hardwood and evergreen woodlands as well as managed forest. The lake has a very irregular shoreline with plenty of hidden spots to get away from the crowds. The Bear Creek Public Use area provides basic facilities accessing the eastern-most part of the lake. This long corridor has many small coves to explore. Be prepared, you’ll likely see a fair amount of powerboats traveling out to the lake’s main channel. Water quality is good here and fishing opportunities are excellent.
