Lake Greeson is a large reservoir on the Little Missouri River surrounded with many miles of natural hardwood and evergreen woodlands as well as managed forest. The lake has a very irregular shoreline with plenty of hidden spots to get away from the crowds. The area accessed from Cowhide Cove consists of a long narrow corridor with five small bays along its north side to explore that exist in a natural condition. Water quality is good here and fishing opportunities are excellent.
