Lake Greeson is a large reservoir on the Little Missouri River surrounded with many miles of natural hardwood and evergreen woodlands as well as managed forest. The lake has a very irregular shoreline with plenty of hidden spots to get away from the crowds. The area accessed from the Rock Creek Use Area is a bay with a complex shoreline with several narrow coves and a peninsula that becomes an island at highwater. Water quality is good here and fishing opportunities are excellent.
