Created by the impoundment of Overcup Creek, Lake Overcup is a medium sized reservoir located in the Arkansas River Valley. The lake has a few bays to explore and open water as well. Some of the shoreline is wooded but much of the lake’s surrounding area hosts residential development and agricultural lands. This lake is best known for it’s excellent crappie fishing.
