Beginning at the west end of Lake Maumelle this ride follows country highways past farmlands and woodlands. The route dips into the Ouachita National Forest at Williams Junction and then wanders north past Harris Brake Lake. Near Oppelo you spin past long stretches of farmland as the ride approaches the Arkansas River. You’ll return to the roadside parking area via Bigelow finishing off with a moderate climb.
