Located up Poudre Canyon, Young Gulch rides through thick conifer forests on singletrack and crosses several creeks that will get your feet wet. There are a few rocky and challenging climbs but most of the ride is suited for a beginner. Bring an extra pair of socks and shoes. At about 1.5 miles is an impassible rocky section that you will have to portage your bike over.
