On the Come Ride Around the Bays of Sussex (CRABS) Challenge you will take a tour of the bays of Sussex County and smell the salty air of the seashore breezes. It is very scenic as you ride around the inland estuaries of Delaware and you will be put in contact with some of the state’s most interesting wildlife, especially during the pelican’s annual migration in June. In addition to the wildlife, this ride also offers many spots to swim, picnic, and play. This long version route offers scenery that ranges from farmland to seashore and is mostly flat but can be challenging due to strong ocean winds.
