Leaving from Battery Park in Delaware City, this tour travels east past many residential areas and around Lums Pond. The scenery is wooded for most of the route and the ride is very leisurely and peaceful. The route is mostly flat with only a slight increase in elevation that is very gradual and easy. Lums Pond is a very pretty state park where you can stop for a pleasant, shady break.
