This is a great, short ride for the whole family. The trails are wide and have only very gentle grades. The trail surface is hard and paved in most areas. You will ride along the shores of Newark Reservoir and then through a gorgeous forested area along the creek. The path crosses the creek several times and is almost always in sight of the water. Shade is a luxury for most of the path except for the portions around the reservoir and through the field at the end.
