Simpson Creek runs between Big Talbot Island and Long Island and is a scenic tidal waterway that offers good paddling, fishing, and wildlife viewing. Launching from Kayak Amelia (the concessionaire for Little Talbot Park) located just east of the A1A bridge, paddlers can head north on the creek towards Nassau Sound. The creek and surrounding estuaries are tidally influenced so checking the tides before setting out will help ensure the best paddling experience on the creek.
