Gordonia Altamaha State Park Campground is situated between a small lake and an 18-hole golf course, providing a relaxing setting for camping and enjoying time in nature. The campground includes electric sites for tent, trailer, and RV camping. The sites are equipped with water and electric hookups, picnic tables, fire pits, grills, and lantern posts. There are some sites with sewer hookups as well. The campground amenities include restrooms, showers, drinking water, and a dump station. The 8 rental cottages can sleep up to 8 people and are fully furnished with electricity, heat, A/C, full kitchens, bathrooms, linens, TVs, fireplaces, screened porches, picnic tables, fire pits, and grills. The cottages are $130-$185 per night and can be reserved online anytime before arrival. Pets are only allowed at one cottage site.
