Lake Sinclair (15,330 acres) was created in 1953 byt the US Army Corps of Engineers for hydroelectric power and public recreation. The lake has approximately 417 miles of beautiful winding shoreline that includes coves and inlets. This lake is a great fishing lake, and several local and national fishing tournaments are held each year. Fish that are found in the lake include a variety of bass, catfish, bream and crappie.
