Selman Lake is known as an excellent fishing lake, with a variety of fish, including Largemouth and Smallmouth bass, catfish, crappies and rainbow trout. There are several other lakes in the area that allow you a variety of options for adventures. As the lake is nearby Simms Mountain, views of the mountain add to the surrounding scenery.
