Vogel State Park sits at the base of Blood Mountain and offers a scenic and convenient camping destination in the Chattahoochee National Forest. The area includes a small lake and a variety of hiking trails. The park features a variety of rental cottages that vary in size and amenities. The cottages can accommodate anywhere from 4-8 people depending on the unit selected. Amenities include electricity, heating, A/C, furnishings, linens, TVs, picnic tables, fire pits, and grills. The cottages range between $100-$250 per night and can be reserved online up until the time of arrival. Pets are allowed in some of the rental cottages but not all.
