The Fox River Bike Trail is a 36-mile long path that follows the Fox River through multiple types of terrain and landscape providing riders with an interesting and diverse experience. This ride starts from Elgin Dam and travels through residential neighborhoods, industrial areas, and multiple parks and preserves to the turnaround point at Tekakwitha Preserve near Valley View. Riders can turn back here or continue on further down the Fox River trail or also explore trails within the Tekakwitha Preserve.
