This hike through hill prairie terrain provides excellent views of the Mississippi River valley as it leads up a steep trail to the top of a rocky bluff. The trail explores the bluffs with multiple side trails that lead to nice overlook spots. There are also lots of opportunity to view diverse wildlife and vegetation along the trail. The trail does follow some steep steps up to the bluff and there are also some sections of exposed trail that require some caution.
