This lake is just one of many lakes that are part of the Chain O'Lakes waterway system that consists of 15 lakes connected by the Fox River. Grass Lake is one of the larger lakes that is easily accessed by the boat ramp at Chain O'Lakes State Park. The lake also connects to the Fox River and other lakes in the area providing paddlers with numerous trip options. The lakes are popular for fishing, sailboating, and motorboating so expect to encounter lots of other boat traffic while on the lake.
