Located in a scenic and remote state fish and wildlife area, this trailhead accesses miles of trails that can be used for hiking and biking. This trip utilizes just a few miles of the 20+ miles of trails that explore the area. There are multiple loops and connecting trails that can be used to customize a trip of a longer or shorter distance. The trails explore the natural and remote area with multiple overlook spots and spur trails along the way providing good views of the valley below. The trails are closed to mountain bikes in the winter but are open year-round for hikers.
