Starting from Lake-Le-Aqua-Ne State Park, this ride travels around a small lake, through the historic town of Lena, along peaceful farmland and rolling countryside of the Pecatonica River Valley, and to one of the highest points in all of Illinois. The ride has some mild up and downs but no real major climbing. The roads are mostly low-traffic but there are a few sections along Galena Road and Lake Road on the way back to the state park that can be a little busier.
