Located in Kickapoo State Park, Long Lake provides a nice scenic setting for canoeing and kayaking. The lake is long and narrow with small side channels and coves that are great for exploring. The lake offers a boat ramp and restricts boats to non-motorized and electric motors only keeping the waters calm and quiet for paddlers and anglers. The lake is surrounded by woodland terrain that provides nice shade and lots of opportunity for viewing wildlife. The lake is one of multiple lakes available in the area that offers lots of other recreational opportunities including picnicing, camping, and hiking.
