This nature preserve offers lots of solitude and scenery with a variety habitats that include forests, wetlands, savannas, and prairies, all of which are home to abundant wildlife and diverse vegetation. Utilizing trails within the preserve, this hike completes a small loop and a large loop that explore all of the different types of terrain. The trails within the preserve are natural surface and are only open to hikers and trail runners. The preserve also offers picnic areas and some primitive campsites.
