Morton Arboretum is the best place to go if you are interested in viewing a wide variety of trees and woody vegetation collected from all over the world. The arboretum also offers native vegetation spread over the natural terrain of the area including wetlands, savannas, marshes, and ponds. There are multiple spur trails and connecting trails within the arboretum allowing hikers to customize a hike of any distance. There is a fee required to enter the arboretum. Jogging and bicycling is allowed but only on paved surfaces. The arboretum offers picnic areas, benches, a visitor center, gift shop, and cafe.
