Starting from the Nippersink Canoe Base, this paddling trip follows the creek into Nippersink Lake which is part of the Chain O'Lakes waterway system that offers miles of shoreline for paddling. The lake also connects to Grass Lake, Pistakee Lake, and Fox Lake providing even more trip options. The connecting lakes are popular for fishing, sailboating, and motorboating so smaller boats will need to show caution and pay attention to other boats on the lake. The scenery along the lake includes open shoreline, some wooded shoreline, and some suburban development.
