Situated in the southern half of Rock Cut State Park, Pierce Lake provides paddlers with scenic and peaceful waters for paddling. The lake allows boats of any size but motorboats of 10 horsepower and more are limited to no-wake speed keeping the lake more quiet for paddling, fishing, and wildlife viewing. There are multiple boat docks and ramps along the shores of the lake as well as picnic areas, campgrounds, good swimming beaches, and concessions with boat rentals. The state park also offers excellent hiking, biking, and equestrian trails.
