This section of the Sag Valley Trail System makes a lollipop loop that leads through diverse terrain of wetlands, woodlands, and past multiple ponds and sloughs that provide remote scenery and opportunity for birdwatching and wildlife viewing. The trail is not as popular as some of the others trails in the northern section of the trail system and is a good option for those seeking solitude. The trail also connects to a trail that leads to Tampier Lake. The trail does not access any restrooms or other amenities.
