There are two small lakes located in Silver Springs State Park that provide opportunity for fun and relaxing paddling. Both lakes do not allow motorboating and are used primarily for fishing and casual boating keeping the waters calm and quiet. The state park also offers boat access to the Fox River which provides additional opportunity for canoeing and kayaking. There are picnic areas available around the lake as well as lots of hiking trails within close proximity.
