This paved trail is part of the Tinley Creek Trail System that provides miles of multi-use trail for recreation in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. This loop trail accessed from Vollmer Road leads through shaded wooded areas and open green space that provide visitors with lots of opportunity for viewing wildlife and diverse vegetation in a natural and peaceful setting. There is plenty of parking at the trailhead and picnic sites available along the trail.
