This area was once the location of the Buzzard Roost Lookout Tower. The now recreation area offers panoramic views of the Ohio River bottom. Primitive camping is available with a picnic area and a porta-john. Each site contains a campfire grill. There is no water or restrooms so campers should prepare accordingly.
