A large variety of views and topography is found here. As you hike, there is plenty of opportunity for bird watching, with some rare species to be seen. Camping and hotels are available for overnight stays. You’ll go through wetlands, sand dunes, grassy prairie and gravel. The park charges an entrance fee from May to September. At the end of the trail you will find the restrooms, unfortunately there is no drinking water.
