The Shakamak Park has a lot to offer. Swimming, fishing, kayaking are a few of the many things you can do here. You can enroll on the InShape Walk program and enjoy the trails with other people. You may see white-tailed deer here. It connects to trail #4. This hike goes along the lakeshore, passes the saddle barn and goes through oak woods. The entry fee to the park is higher for out of state vehicles.
