The hiking trails are for hikers only, rollerblades, motorized vehicles and horses are prohibited. In the spring, the wild flowers are in bloom. Most of the trail goes through Hornbean Nature Preserve. The mineral and iron deposits cast a rusty color over the surface water. Park entrance fee required.
