On this adventure, you will see limestone outcroppings, wooded patches and limestone cliffs only 25-35 feet high. As you put in, watch out for poison ivy. After the cliffs, there will be table-like slabs of limestone; you may choose to take a snack break here. Passing that point, you will see two tall sycamore trees that house well over 20 great blue heron nests. You can choose to take out at the Benton Avenue Bridge or go on to see a beautiful 90-foot oak- topped bluff with a large clay exposure. Take out shortly pass the Agency Road Bridge on the left.
