The Brushy Creek Lake has one of the best equine campgrounds in the Midwest. It also has a non-equestrian campground if you choose to make this trip an overnight event. This is a no wake lake, swimming allowed in designated areas. Fishing is a popular activity. There are fishing tournaments almost every weekend out on the lake.
