Des Moines West KOA sits in a small charming town and is home of the “Bridges of Madison County” and John Wayne’s Birthplace. They have a variety of sites including tent sites, trailer sites with full or partial hookups, and cabins for reservation. Some of the onsite activities include a jumping pillow, trampoline basketball, swimming pool, horseshoes, and a stocked fishing pond. Campers have access to clean and well-maintained showers, restrooms, and a camp store.
