These two loops provide campsites for equestrian camping in the Lick Creek Unit of Shimek State Forest. The upper loop has 8 sites and the lower loop has 24 sites. There are no electric hookups but guests have access to fire rings, toilets, picnic tables, hitching rails and plenty of shade for horses. Stalls are also available for overnight stabling. 25 miles of equestrian trails are in this area for exploring. These sites can be reserved in advance.
