The trip begins with maple limbs hanging over the water, providing a beautiful canopy. You will encounter thick tangles of tree roots as the canopy continues. A little farther, you will see 15-foot-high rock protrusions. The views are of lowland woods, rock edges, croplands, pastures and limestone shelves. To end the adventure you will enjoy tall cottonwoods and sycamores. Take out is on the river right at the County R15 bridge.
