On this stretch of the Grand River, you will paddle at several spots. There is a riffle, limestone outcroppings, and wooded pasture. Curious fact, you will see a lot of limestone slabs, that is where the town of Westerville once stood, the remains of a mill that was built in the 1850s can be seen along the bank. You will also see limestone-block pillars from an iron bridge that used to be there. The take out is at the County R26 Bridge on the river left. It is a steep carry.
