This section of river drops through riffles and boulders by Fallen Rock State Preserve. You will put in is just past the County D35 Bridge on the east side of the river. The river travels through a narrow valley, with pine topped bluffs and tall rocky banks. There will be occasional riffles scattered throughout. If you wish to make this trip shorter, you may take out at the Pine Lake State Park canoe access. On the tail end, you will go through some quick rapids (leftovers of a demolished dam). Take out is on the river right, just below Edgington Ave Bridge.
