Here you will find what is known to be the most beautiful mile of trail in Iowa (by “Iowa Boy” Chuck Offenburger, an organizer of the Register’s Annual Great Bike Ride Across Iowa – RAGBRAI). And the rest of the trail is not shabby either. The surface is paved all the way. Great views of the lakes and bridge crossing are a part of the adventure. You will ride through neighborhoods of cottages and farmland. Bring water and wear sunscreen.
