Paved roads, starting in the city of Washington at the Central Park, this is a trail with little variation on the inclines and descents. When you get out of the city, there are many rolling hills of farmland. Because of its length and the lack of shady spots, wear sunscreen during hot summer months and bring plenty of water for the ride.
