Winterset City Campground is a prime location for visiting the Madison County Bridges. It is owned by the city and well maintained. The campground road and sites are gravel with mostly level pull through sites. Full hookups are provided but water is shared with another site. Each site contains a picnic table and fire ring. Restrooms, showers, and a playground are provided onsite. The city park is next to the campground where you will find a playground, pavilion, and baseball field.
