Indian Rock Park is located in Salina on the bank of the Smoky Hill River. It has great natural history and a brochure at the trailhead provides lots of information, including a list of wildflowers in the park that totals over 100 species. The trail offers several panoramic views of the Smoky Hills River atop a high hill overlooking it, travels through a gorgeous restored prairie, and along the shore of the small Indian Rock Lake.
