Kill Creek Park opened in 2001 and offers a great trail system for hikers, mountain bikers, runners, and equestrians. It is easily accessible, located between De Soto and Olathe, yet secluded with a beautiful natural setting. This trail traverses through both prairie and woodlands and makes several scenic river crossings. It is very pretty and has great variety. Very few hills or technical challenges are encountered.
