Pottawatomie Lake Number One is located in the Pottawatomie State Park Number One just five miles north of Westmoreland. The lake is 190 acres and also includes 166 acres of public hunting in the area surrounding it. There is great fishing, several primitive camp sites, and good scenery. Canoes and kayaks do not require registration but other vessels must be registered. A short hiking trail is located on the property that offers a great chance to enjoy more of the outdoors.
